Dr. Hitesh Patel has joined the executive board of Florida Cancer Specialists and Research Institute, a private oncology practice with almost 100 practices in its network, effective Jan. 27.
Dr. Patel joined the practice in 2011 and treats patients out of two FCS locations in Clearwater, Fla.: Axelrod and Clearwater North McMullen Booth. He is board certified in hematology, medical oncology and internal medicine, according to a Feb. 1 release.
