4. Sanford Health Plan, the insurance arm of Sioux Falls, S.D.-based Sanford Health, appointed Tommy Ibrahim, MD, as its next president and CEO.
5. Donald Morrish, MD, was named CEO of New York City-based Episcopal Health Services.
6. Aurora Colo.-based UCHealth appointed David Williams, MD, as president and CEO of its medical group.
7. Abha Agrawal, MD, joined Lawrence (Mass.) General Hospital as president and CEO.
