West Virginia University Medicine’s Thomas Hospital (South Charleston) has appointed Michael Sitler, MD, as their vice president and chief medical officer, effective July 15. 

With staffing shortages and burnout still high in healthcare, new physicians looking for work may be overwhelmed by offers and solicitations.
