Toms River, N.J.-based pediatric network Pediatric Affiliates has partnered with Webster Equity Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm.
Pediatric Affiliates focuses on treating underserved patients across its six locations in New Jersey, according to a Feb. 23 news release shared with Becker's. The network is led by CEO Ira Haimowitz, DO, and Chief Medical Officer Robert Shanik, MD.
The partnership with Webster Equity will allow Pediatric Affiliates to expand its model and begin offering behavioral health services, the release said.
Physician Growth Partners served as the exclusive adviser to Pediatric Affiliates throughout the transaction.
