New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery has named Daniel Green, MD, and David Mayman, MD, as chief of pediatric orthopedic surgery and chief of adult joint replacement and reconstruction, respectively. 

David Zaas, MD, has been appointed president of Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in Winston-Salem, N.C.

Boris Pasche, MD, PhD, has been appointed president and CEO of Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute in Detroit.

Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City has appointed two associate surgeons-in-chief, effective Sept. 5.

Rachel Marek, MD, has been appointed chief medical officer of Texas Children's Hospital the Woodlands.
