Dr. Mahesh Inder Veer Singh named EVP of UpHealth international division

Dr. Mahesh Inder Veer Singh was named executive vice president of digital health company UpHealth’s international division.

Dr. Singh started his healthcare career 25 years ago as a primary care physician in India and has since held roles including CEO of India’s Max Smart Hospital and senior adviser at consulting firm McKinsey & Co.

“[Dr. Singh] is exactly the right leader for UpHealth’s international business, especially in India where we have innovative, high-tech solutions for bringing affordable, quality care to rural and underserved areas,” Sam Meckey, CEO of UpHealth, said in an Oct. 20 news release from the company.
