1,000-physician group adds 3 executives

Downers Grove, Ill.-based Duly Health and Care, which has more than 1,000 physicians in its portfolio, is adding three executives, according to a Nov. 15 news release.

Here are the three leaders:

1. Ryan West was named the new president of Chicagoland operations, which includes more than 120 clinic sites. He served this role as an interim leader since July, and he joined the medical group in 2021. 

2. Dana Rye was named chief value-based care officer; she will head val­ue-based care strat­e­gy and pro­gram man­age­ment. She most recently served as senior vice president of value-based care at U.S. Renal Care. 

3. Charleen Phillips was named chief accounting officer; she will be in charge of account­ing and finan­cial con­trol frame­work. She most recently served as senior vice president of accounting at Health­comp.
