Cincinatti-based The Christ Hospital Health Network has acquired Anderson (Ohio) OB/GYN group.

According to a Dec. 30 news release, the acquisition brings five physicians into TCHHN’s women’s health service line: Michelle Federer, DO, Neha Jeirath, MD, Amanda Lynn, DO, Abigail Holbrook, DO and Katherine Williamson, DO.

To ensure that patients of the physicians are able to continue their care with them, TCHHN will open two additional locations to support the physicians’ practice. Patients of the OB/GYN group will have access to TCHHN’s women’s health services, including its Mt. Auburn Birthing Center.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
