University Hospitals has opened a fifth UH Select concierge primary care location in Westlake, Ohio, the health system announced July 21.
The new practice sits on the UH St. John Medical Center campus and is now accepting new patients. Cynthia Caja, DO, and Jason Frazier, DO, lead the office.
UH Select is a membership-based concierge primary care program that charges an annual fee for expanded access to physicians. Benefits include same-day or next-day appointments, longer office visits and 24/7 patient navigation services.
The Westlake practice joins four existing UH Select locations across Northeast Ohio, expanding the Cleveland-based health system’s footprint in concierge medicine as more systems nationally build out membership-based primary care offerings.
