Dr. Mulcaster, a gynecologist, is the first woman to serve as CEO of the practice, as well as the first physician to serve as CEO in more than 50 years, according to a May 20 LinkedIn post by the group.
Dr. Mulcaster has been named a Top Doctor by Portland Monthly magazine multiple times, according to the practice website.
