Dr. Hyatt, who pleaded not guilty Oct. 19 in response to an arrest warrant and affidavit, allegedly billed Medicaid for the most expensive billing codes despite rarely being onsite.
The hospital terminated Dr. Hyatt’s contract in May 2022.
