An investigation conducted by Asante alleges that Paul Hoffman, MD, has been accessing the medical records of patients he had no treatment relationship with since 2014. His access to the electronic medical record system has been removed, the report said.
No financial information or driver’s license and Social Security numbers were accessed in this unauthorized search, according to Asante.
