While PAs surveyed reported earning an average base salary of $122,000 in 2023, that number is up to $131,000 this year.
In both years, PAs reported earning an average of $12,000 in bonuses and incentives. Over half of PAs saw their compensation increase by 1% to 10% in the last year.
