This partnership will be marked by a NewYork-Presbyterian patch on the Mets uniforms, which are the first partnership patches to be added to the uniform in the team’s more than sixty-year history, according to an April 6 news release.

The Mets will recognize NewYork-Presbyterian physicians, healthcare workers and patients on the field during designated games and will work with the hospital to host cancer screenings, blood drives and other health and wellness events.
