Hospitalists are less burned out in 2024 than 2023, according to Medscape’s “Hospitalist Burnout & Depression Report 2024.”
Medscape surveyed 9,226 hospitalists across 29 specialties from July 5 to October 9.
Here’s the percentage of hospitalists who are burned out and/or depressed:
