1. The investigation is related to a May 2022 data breach, according to a news release. Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz is seeking individuals to discuss the litigation.
2. Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine issued an alert to patients about the breach. The data breach affected the practice’s computer networks and communications. Patient and employee data was accessed.
3. More than 362,800 individuals were affected by the data breach, according to the office of the Maine attorney general.
