Ms. Hall has served in the role on an interim basis since May. In that time, she has overseen the opening of a perioperative unit, a three-operating room addition at UVA Medical Center and the integration of an ASC, according to a Nov. 22 news release from the health system.

Prior to this role, Ms. Hall served as director of business operations for perioperative services at UVA.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
