Twin Cities Orthopedics names 1st physician CEO

Bloomington, Minn.-based Twin Cities Orthopedics named Christopher Meyer, MD, as CEO, the first practicing physician to lead the organization.

Dr. Meyer joined TCO in 2003 and has held leadership roles for nearly two decades, including on the board of directors and executive committee. He has served as president since 2023 and will now serve concurrently as president and CEO while continuing to practice as an orthopedic surgeon, according to a news release shared with Becker’s.

Dr. Meyer also helped form Revo Health, a physician-led management services organization, and serves as its board president. He has also been a board member of Infinite Health Collaborative, a physician-led practice network that includes TCO, since 2020.
