Oral and maxillofacial surgeon was the physician specialty that ranked the highest in U.S. News and World Report's 2024 best job rankings released Jan. 10.
The rankings take into account future prospects, wage potential, employment, job safety and stability and work-life balance using data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
