OSF Health names new VP, chief medical officer

Peoria, Ill.-based OSF Healthcare has appointed Glenn Milos, MD, as the new vice president and chief medical officer at OSF St. Mary Medical Center in Galesburg, Ill., and OSF Holy Family Medical Center in Monmouth, Ill., according to a Dec. 28 report from WGIL

Dr. Milos will focus on practice standards, strategic direction, strategy implementation and facilitating interdisciplinary approaches. 

He will also maintain a clinical presence, practicing emergency medicine at both locations. Dr. Milos most recently served as regional medical director of emergency services at Mercyhealth in Rockford, Ill.
