Medtech imaging company appoints Dr. Michael Lesh to its board

Elucid, a medtech imaging company using artificial intelligence to diagnose cardiovascular disease, has appointed Michael Lesh, MD, to its board.

Dr. Lesh is currently the CEO and founder of the data science and data privacy company Syntegra. Additionally, he serves as the executive chair of Cordance Medical, a company that uses transcranial-focused ultrasounds to treat cancer, Alzheimer’s and other brain diseases, according to a Nov. 3 Elucid news release.

“The Elucid technology is poised to become the standard of care for non-invasive diagnosis of cardiovascular disease, and I look forward to working with the company to make this a reality,” Dr. Lesh said.
