Portland-based Maine Medical Partners has added four new specialty physicians to its team, which is currently the largest in the state, according to a March 7 press release.
The four new specialists include colorectal surgeons Marie Audett, MD, and Kathreen Lee, MD; otolaryngologist Jordan Malenke, MD; and cardiologist Christopher Tuohy, MD.
Dr. Audett will practice colorectal surgery at Maine Medical's Surgical Care Casco Bay location. She is certified in colon, rectal and general surgery, and most recently worked as a general surgeon in the U.S. Air Force.
Dr. Lee will also practice colorectal surgery at Maine Medical's Surgical Care Casco Bay location. She served as a colorectal surgery fellow at Stony Brook (N.Y.) University Hospital.
Dr. Malenke will practice otolaryngology at Maine Medical's Scarborough location. Previously, he worked as a resident at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn.
Dr. Tuohy will work as an interventional cardiologist at MaineHealth Cardiology in Augusta. He previously completed his cardiology, interventional cardiology and peripheral vascular fellowships at Brown University in Providence, R.I.
