Dr. Hinson most recently led Pediatrix Medical Group, overseeing a network of 4,000 clinicians across 41 states, according to an Aug. 30 news release. He is a veteran of the United States Army and completed a fellowship in neonatal-perinatal medicine at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C.
