According to a Jan. 27 news release, Dr. Redett, a pediatric plastic surgeon, is known for performing innovative surgical procedures on the hand, upper extremities and genital transplantations. He specializes in cleft lip and palate surgery, facial paralysis, pediatric burn surgery and reconstruction, and genital reconstruction.
Dr. Redett has been a member of Johns Hopkins’ faculty since 2003. He has served as the interim vice dean of clinical affairs for the past 14 months and has worked to expand ambulatory care at Johns Hopkins and extend its reach into Northern Virginia.
