Dr. Hays was previously the assistant vice president for IPN beginning in June 2022. Prior to IPN, he was a practicing podiatrist with his own practices, acting as president of Hays Foot and Ankle Centers and a podiatry-focused home health agency. He has also served as the director of operations for Tillamoonk, Ore.-based Adventist Health.
He succeeds Harold Brown as vice president, who has resigned for another position.
