Stephen Keen, MD, has been appointed CEO of Florida Health Care Plans, The Daytona Beach News-Journal reported Dec. 13.
Dr. Keen will oversee the nation's second-oldest HMO beginning Jan. 1. He previously served as FHCP's medical director of utilization, quality and case management before being promoted to vice president of business operations in 2022.
