Dr. Tushar Ramani named CEO of Women’s Care

Tampa, Fla.-based Women’s Care, a national women’s healthcare organization, has named Tushar Ramani, MD, its CEO.

Dr. Ramani has more than 30 years of healthcare experience, most recently serving as chair and CEO of CRH Medical Corp. The announcement comes as Women’s Care expands into Arizona, California, Kentucky and Florida, according to an Oct. 27 Women’s Care news release.

“As a former practicing physician, my enthusiasm for this role stems from our reputation for delivering high-quality care, and our roster of highly accomplished physicians and providers,” Dr. Ramani said. “This sets us apart as a national leader in women’s health and allows us to fulfill our mission of improving the health of women every day.”
