Spike Lipschutz, MD, received a lifetime achievement award from Westfair Communications Doctors of Distinction, according to Sept. 26 reporting in the Greenwich Sentinel.
Dr. Lipschutz is set to retire at the end of the month from Greenwich (Conn.) Hospital. Dr. Lipschutz graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia and had a career in healthcare that lasted more than 55 years.
The lifetime achievement award recognized Dr. Lipschutz for dedicating his life to caring for others.
