Dr. Leah Davis elected to Michigan State Medical Society board of directors

The Michigan State Medical Society has named Leah Davis, DO, a designated director on its board.

Dr. Davis is a board-certified radiologist and currently practices at Grand Traverse Radiologists, PC, associated with the Munson Healthcare System, both in Traverse City, Mich., according to a May 2 news release.

As a designated director, Dr. Davis will serve a three-year term representing small, independent practices in Michigan.

She is also a member of the Grand Traverse-Benzie-Leelanau County Medical Society, the Michigan Radiological Society, the American College of Radiology and the Skeletal Society of Radiology.

The MSMS board sets policies and oversees operations for the 15,000-member medical society headquartered in East Lansing, Mich.
