Colorado names physician assistant leader of the year

The Colorado Academy of Physician Assistants has named Kevin Riddleberger, PA-C, co-founder and chief strategy officer of DispatchHealth, as Colorado’s PA Leader of the Year.

Mr. Riddleberger earned the award because of his contributions to the medical profession, inspiration to colleagues and patients, professional leadership, high-quality medical care and community work. 

Mr. Riddleberger has worked as a clinical preceptor for area physician assistant students and been a member of multiple hospital quality improvement committees. He is a past academy president, an active adviser in Colorado’s local healthcare startup community, and a trustee at 9Health Fair and Project Angel Heart. 

His company, DispatchHealth, is a home healthcare solution serving patients across 34 states, according to a March 29 press release. Before co-founding Dispatch, Mr. Riddleberger served as head of clinical solutions and strategy at iTriage.
