Allegheny Health Network names division chief of maternal fetal medicine

Devon Ramaeker, MD, has been appointed division chief of maternal fetal medicine within the Allegheny Health Network’s Women’s Institute in Pittsburgh.

Dr. Ramaeker first joined AHN in 2022, according to an April 3 news release. Before that, she served as medical director of maternal fetal medicine at St. Luke’s Health System in Kansas City, Mo.

Since joining AHN, Dr. Ramaeker has helped establish the AHN Cardio-Obstetrics clinic, which cares for patients who are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or in the postpartum period and have cardiovascular diseases.

In addition to her new role as division chief, Dr. Ramaeker will continue to treat patients in Pennsylvania with Allegheny Perinatal Associates out of AHN Wexford (Pa.) Health and Wellness Pavilion, AHN Jefferson Hospital in Jefferson Hills, Pa., and AHN West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh.
