Sarasota, Fla.-based Heart Specialists of Sarasota said David Buck, Jr., DO, joined Concierge Choice Physicians’ Hybrid Choice program, according to an April 3 news release.
Dr. Buck is one of eleven physicians at Heart Specialists of Sarasota to offer the Hybrid Choice program, which allows patients to choose whether to participate while physicians continue to accept insurance and government programs.
The program emphasizes preventive health and lifestyle coaching, and offers expanded access to physicians, including direct communication and same-day or next-day appointments.
Rockville Centre, N.Y.-based Concierge Choice Physicians works with thousands of physicians across 35 states, according to the release.
