MSPB is a primary-care focused, multispecialty physician group practice, according to a May 2 news release. The group includes more than 95 providers across 35 offices in Palm Beach and Broward counties.
MSPB offer a variety of services, including primary care, cardiology, interventional cardiology, neurology, hematology and oncology, gastroenterology, concierge medicine and laboratory services.
The acquisition of Cohen Medical Associates marks the second of its kind following Ascend Partners and CareAbout Health making an equity investment in MSPB in December.
