Tarrytown, N.Y.-based ENT & Allergy Associates, an independent, physician-owned otolaryngology practice, has expanded into Texas through a partnership with Houston ENT & Allergy.
According to a news release shared with Becker’s Dec. 19, the partnership will officially launch Jan. 1, 2026. Houston ENT & Allergy comprises 16 otolaryngologists, three allergists and 13 audiologists across six Houston-area locations.
The partnership represents a new form of healthcare transaction that aims to preserve independent practices’ autonomy while connecting them to centralized administrative, operational and technology resources, “allowing physicians to focus on care rather than bureaucracy,” according to the release.
“With over 80 clinical locations and more than 475 clinicians across four states, ENTA is proving that independence and scale are not mutually exclusive—and that physician-led networks can thrive in today’s competitive healthcare environment,” reads the release.
