PentaHealth Endocrinology in West Chester, Pa., will permanently close on May 30 due to “unforeseen circumstances,” according to a notice on the practice’s website.

The five-physician practice has advised patients to avoid undergoing any tests or studies within two weeks of their physician’s final day of practice.

Exton, Pa.-based PentaHealth is an independent, physician-led group with nine locations across Southeastern Pennsylvania, according to its website.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
