Harbin Clinic is one of Georgia’s largest multispecialty physician groups. The two parties will share decision-making through a board of Harbin Clinic physicians and legacy members from Floyd Healthcare Management, according to an April 15 news release.

Rome-based Atrium Health Floyd is a part of Charlotte, N.C.-based Advocate Health and has 68 hospitals across six states.

“We are incredibly excited to see what the future holds as we celebrate this combination, which marks a new chapter for Harbin Clinic and what’s possible for healthcare in our region,” Harbin Clinic CEO Kenna Stock said in the release. “Harbin Clinic has always been physician-led, and that will not change. Just as they always have, Harbin Clinic physicians will continue to have a voice in local healthcare decisions impacting the patients we serve.”
