Selinsgrove, Pa.-based Family Practice Center is the largest independent primary care physician group in Central Pennsylvania, according to a Feb. 28 news release. The group currently operates 42 locations across 12 counties to provide care for more than 200,000 patients.
The partnership will begin in 2024 as Agilon will guide Family Practice Center through the transition to a full-risk, value-based care model for Medicare patients in Central Pennsylvania.
