Aledade adds 450 practices to become largest independent primary care network

Aledade has added 450 primary care practices, including 60 health centers, to its network in 2023, making it the largest network of independent primary care providers in the country.

Aledade’s network includes 1,500 primary care and health centers, 5,000 physicians and 15,000 clinicians, according to a Feb. 21 news release. The network cares for 2 million patients in 45 states and Washington, D.C.

Aledade has also acquired Curia, an artificial intelligence company using value-based care analytics to target patient care and engagement programs, the release said.
