Memphis, Tenn.-based Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital has entered an agreement to acquire Memphis Children’s Clinic.
According to a Dec. 22 news release, Memphis Children’s Clinic will become part of the Le Bonheur Pediatrics primary care network in January 2026.
The network comprises nearly 200 employees in six locations across Tennessee. Memphis Children’s physicians will continue to work in their current communities.
