Amazon is now offering Prime members a discounted membership to One Medical, Amazon's membership-based primary care provider.
Members can access primary care through One Medical's on-demand virtual care platform at no cost beyond the membership and through in-person office visits at any of One Medical's locations across the United States, according to a Nov. 8 news release.
One Medical's virtual care offerings include video chats with licensed providers and an in-app "Treat Me Now" feature that offers care for common concerns and conditions including cold and flu, skin issues, allergies, and urinary tract infections.
One Medical currently operates 125 locations in major metropolitan areas across the country and works with over 8,500 companies to provide health benefits to their employees, according to its website.
Prime members can add the benefit to their membership for an additional $9 a month, or $99 annually.
