Cleveland Clinic and Amazon One Medical opened their first jointly operated primary care office in Northeast Ohio, expanding access to coordinated primary and virtual care in the region.
The Avon location, at 36040 Detroit Road, Suite A, began seeing patients Oct. 29. A second office is planned for Shaker Heights by January 2026, according to a news release from Cleveland Clinic.
The Avon clinic provides preventive screenings, chronic disease management for conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, and care for acute issues including cold and flu. Designed to streamline patient care, the office features on-site lab services, as well as same- and next-day appointments.
The partnership combines One Medical’s national in-person and virtual care model with Cleveland Clinic’s network of specialists, hospitals and facilities.
