- West North Central: 20 percent
- East Central: 12 percent
- West: 9 percent
- New England: 8 percent
- Mid-Atlantic: 7 percent
- Pacific: 7 percent
- South Atlantic: 4 percent
- West South Central: 2 percent
West North Central states: Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska and Kansas
East Central states: Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee
West states: Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming
New England states: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont
