Dr. Kiama owned and operated Grayling, Mich.-based Northern Michigan Endocrine. From 2014 and 2017, Dr. Kiami underreported the practice’s gross receipts and overstated its expenses.
He also must pay a $15,000 fine and the remaining $59,642 he owes in restitution for the taxes.
