Clinician Nexus, a healthcare technology company, has launched CM2, an AI-powered platform designed to manage physician compensation and replace manual spreadsheet-based processes.
The platform is intended to help healthcare organizations move from reactive compensation management to a more proactive model of compensation intelligence, according to a March 16 news release.
CM2 is built on three core components: an AI-powered data ingestion system that integrates information from existing healthcare IT systems, a visual logic builder that allows users to model compensation plans and changes in real time, and a command center that provides dashboards, alerts and analytics.
Ted Chien, CEO and president of Clinician Nexus, said in the release that the platform is designed to provide healthcare organizations with insights they can use to make strategic decisions about physician performance and compensation models.
