Kevin Ban, MD, executive vice president and global chief medical officer for Walgreens Boots Alliance, has joined the advisory board of medtech company Ixlayer.
Ixlayer is a cloud-based diagnostic testing platform designed to increase operational efficiency, patient access and improved outcomes, according to an Oct. 17 news release from the company. Dr. Ban helped lead Walgreens' effort to expand testing and vaccination services during the COVID-19 pandemic.
