Spring Health appoints Dr. Mill Brown chief medical officer

Mill Brown, MD, has been named chief medical officer of Spring Health, the developer of a digital mental healthcare platform.

Dr. Brown has served as senior vice president of medical affairs for Spring Health since 2020, according to a March 6 news release announcing his appointment. He is board certified in medical informatics and adult and child psychiatry.

Dr. Brown joined Spring Health after spending 21 years in the Army, serving as the clinical lead developer of the Behavioral Health Data Portal, a web application for clinical outcome tracking. He also served as chief of the department of behavioral health at the Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, according to LinkedIn.
