Neurolixis names Dr. Christopher Jankosky chief medical officer

Christopher Jankosky, MD, has been appointed chief medical officer of Neurolixis, a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the treatment of psychiatric and neurologic disorders.

Dr. Jankosky has served on the Neurolixis scientific advisory board since 2021, according to a Feb. 16 release. He also holds faculty appointments at the University of Maryland in Baltimore and Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, Md.

Dr. Jankosky has previously served as associate director for medical policy for the FDA, according to LinkedIn. He has also held executive physician positions in the U.S. Navy and Pacific Submarine Force.
