Liberty Hospital taps new chief medical officer

Liberty (Mo.) Hospital has named Chakshu Gupta, MD, as its new chief medical officer, according to a Feb. 1 report from the Courier Tribune.

Dr. Gupta is taking over for Raghu Adiga, MD, who was named the hospital’s president and CEO in September 2022. 

Dr. Gupta is a board-certified pathologist andpreviously served as the hospital’s medical director for laboratory services. 

The hospital has also added two new physician specialists, including cardiologist Eben Eno, MD, and internal medicine specialist Lydia Assioun, MD.
