His work in response to the Las Vegas shooting earned him the Surgical Triage Award from HCA Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas.

“It was an honor to work alongside Dr. MacIntyre during this experience and I feel confident in his ability to lead our teams as chief medical officer,” said Alan Keesee, CEO of HCA Florida Ocala Hospital.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
