Dr. Kizilos joined BC of Idaho June 1 as its chief medical officer, according to a Sept. 15 news release from the company. She most recently served as corporate medical director of Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
Blue Cross of Idaho Health Service is a nonprofit insurance company with approximately 577,800 members.
